fix coding style errors
...
> helpers/poll-has-users.js should pass jscs.
> requireSemicolons: Missing semicolon after statement at helpers/poll-has-users.js
is incostitent with JSHint which complains about this semicolon
other ones should be fixed by rewrite of create/options
